Online marketing with Google Adwords
Using Google Advertising as part of your marketing
Today’s lesson is mainly going to focus on the all mighty Google Adwords, some of you may of heard of it and some of you may not have but anyway.
Google Adwords is a marketing program bought to you by the owners of Google it allows you to market and promote your website within Google for a set price per click. The way it works is simple you sign up, you create ads, you set your budget, you get clicks.
Now to be a bit more in depth Google Adwords is simply a PPC system which lets you set the amount you wish to spend on your Google marketing per day or week. You may be wondering how it all works and how Google knows what you want to get ranked well for well it simple you set the words which wish to appear for and then like magic your in Google’s index.
When you have completed the process you might start seeing your website on the right hand side of the page and on the very top. Now this is something people have started to scam people with saying they can get you 1st page results but really they are using your money to use a service which you can do for half the cost.
Something to remember is that the more competitive your keyword the more money and allowance you will have to set for your keyword. Once your budget has been reached you will be pulled from the results so ensure you have put enough by for every day.
This lesson is more about giving all of our users an insight into the services Google has to offer and not a guide on how to use the service. This will follow and we will do our best to show you how to run a successful marketing campaign Google Adwords.
